  • Lead researcher in Customer Loyalty product teams responsible for scoping, conducting, and delivering customer insights at all stages of product development cycle.
  • Spearheaded more than 10 generative and evaluative research initiatives in customer-facing connected commerce spaces on Chase Mobile App and authenticated website.
  • Established strong relationships with executive stakeholders across multiple Customer Loyalty product area teams, fostering collaboration and empathy for customers.
  • Developed research and experimentation roadmaps, aligning product teams and external research teams. Exercised creative research leadership resulting in a 36% increase in team customer empathy.
